Mingli provides a personalized annual in-depth reading (digital content in PDF format, the "reading"). The reading is written from the birth details you provide, within the framework of traditional BaZi, as personalized cultural and self-reflective content.
After you complete payment and submit complete, accurate birth details, the reading is sent within 48 hours to the email you used to pay. If your details are incomplete or in doubt, we'll confirm with you by email first, and the delivery time extends accordingly.
Within 7 days of receiving your reading, you may ask one free follow-up question about its contents by email, and we'll reply in writing.
Payment, taxes, and invoicing are handled by our compliant merchant of record, Creem. Your card details are handled directly by Creem and its payment partners; we never see or store any card data.
The reading is for your personal reading and keeping only; please don't use it commercially or resell it publicly. You're welcome to share excerpts with friends and family, with attribution.
The above information is used only to draw your chart and write your reading. It is never published, never sold, never given to any third party for marketing, and never used for anything beyond writing your reading.
To support the 7-day follow-up and the redo service, your data is kept for 30 days by default. You may ask us at any time to delete all of your birth details and reading records; we'll complete the deletion and reply to confirm within 7 business days.
Payment is handled by Creem (see their privacy policy); the questionnaire is collected by a form provider. The providers we use are reputable, compliant international services.
